Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Reesheja ("Reesheja", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the Reesheja website, book a training session or package, or communicate with us by email or other customer channels.

Reesheja is a dog training business operating in Switzerland and the Czech Republic. This policy is written to be clear and readable rather than overly legalistic, while accurately describing how our systems actually work today.

1. Who we are

Reesheja provides dog training services and manages bookings, training packages, and customer communication through this website, email, and other customer channels, supported internally by an AI-assisted workflow.

For questions about this policy or your personal data, contact us at jana@reesheja.com.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect the personal data that is necessary to manage your bookings, your dog's training, and our communication with you:

  • Contact and account data: your name, email address, preferred language, and country or region.
  • Dog data: your dog's name, registered name, sport or training level, and training goals.
  • Booking data: training sessions and packages you book, booking status, purchased packages and remaining sessions, and account credit balance and credit transaction history.
  • Communications: messages you send us or that we send you by email or other communication channels, including booking confirmations, reminders, and replies to your questions.
  • Payment-related records: whether a booking or package has been paid for, and related checkout/payment status. We do not store your full card number — card payments are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Sign-in data: your email address is used for passwordless sign-in ("magic link"). We do not store passwords.

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

  • create and manage your customer and dog profile,
  • let you book, reschedule, or cancel training sessions and packages,
  • process payments and keep accurate financial and credit records,
  • send booking confirmations, reminders, and respond to your messages and inquiries,
  • operate the AI-assisted customer communication described in section 4, and
  • meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4. AI-assisted processing and human review

Reesheja uses an AI system to help process customer communications and prepare responses, bookings, cancellations, and similar actions.

Consequential actions — such as creating, changing, or cancelling a paid booking, or issuing a refund or account credit — are subject to appropriate human oversight before they take effect.

5. Service providers we use

We share personal data with the following service providers, only to the extent necessary for them to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal data.

  • Supabase — our database and authentication provider, used to store customer, booking, and account data and to handle sign-in.
  • Stripe — our payment processor, used to process card payments. Stripe handles your card details directly; we do not store full card numbers.
  • OpenAI — powers the AI assistant described in section 4, which processes customer messages and booking-related information in order to help prepare responses and booking actions.
  • Telegram — used for internal notifications and workflow management; relevant customer information may be included where necessary to handle a request or booking.
  • Email service provider — used to send and receive customer emails from our business mailbox. See section 6 for details.
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers (including Amazon Web Services and Netlify) — used to host and run our website and backend systems.

6. Email communication

Reesheja's AI assistant reads incoming messages sent to our business email address (jana@reesheja.com) and sends and replies to customer emails, as part of managing bookings and answering inquiries, using a third-party email service provider to deliver messages on our behalf. We only access our own business mailbox, never your personal email account.

Data obtained through this email processing is used solely to provide this customer-communication functionality. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.

7. International data transfers

Some of the service providers listed in section 5 operate outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international data transfers (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your data.

8. Data retention and deletion

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain accurate booking and financial records and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Certain financial, payment, and account-credit records may need to be retained for longer than other data, where necessary for accounting, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, or other record-keeping purposes. Outside of this, you can ask us to delete your personal data as described in section 10.

9. Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences such as your language or region. We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you generally have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, to request a copy of your data in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you have given us.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at jana@reesheja.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).

11. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take the security of your data seriously.

12. Children

Our services are directed at adult dog owners. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our services or legal obligations change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

14. Contact

For any question about this policy or how we handle your personal data, contact us at jana@reesheja.com.
